Does the full whitening session hurt?
Most guests just feel the hour fly by — it's non-invasive, and your only job is to relax in the chair. Some people notice mild, temporary sensitivity afterward. If you have sensitive teeth, tell us before we start and we'll adjust the session so you're comfortable from beginning to end.
Is there any downtime after the session?
None — you can head straight back to work or brunch. We only suggest skipping dark drinks like coffee, red wine, and cola for the first 24–48 hours, since enamel is more receptive to new stains right after whitening.
How many whitening sessions will I need?
Many guests are happy after a single one-hour session, but it depends on your starting shade and habits like coffee or tobacco — results vary from smile to smile. If you want to maintain or build on your results, our shorter Follow-Up session is the easy way to keep the glow going.
Will whitening work on crowns, veneers, or fillings?
Whitening brightens natural enamel, but it won't change the color of crowns, veneers, or fillings. If you have visible dental work, mention it when you arrive — our provider will look at your smile and give you an honest picture of what to expect before we begin.
How long do the results last?
It's different for everyone and depends mostly on lifestyle — a daily cafecito, red wine, and smoking will fade brightness faster than a low-stain routine. Many guests book a periodic maintenance visit to stay bright. We'll suggest a rhythm that fits your habits, never a package you don't need.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
