What's the difference between the follow-up and the full whitening session?
The follow-up is a shorter, 45-minute maintenance session for smiles that have already been whitened — most clients start with our full one-hour session, then switch to follow-ups to keep the brightness going. Not sure which one you need? Ask when you book and we'll point you to the right fit.
How often should I book a whitening follow-up?
It depends on your habits — coffee, tea, red wine, and smoking bring surface stains back faster. Many clients like a touch-up every few months, but there's no one-size-fits-all schedule; our provider will suggest a cadence based on how your smile is holding up.
Does the follow-up session cause sensitivity?
Most clients find the session comfortable. Some notice mild, temporary sensitivity afterward, which usually fades on its own. If your teeth tend to be sensitive, tell us before we start and we'll take it into account.
Is there any downtime after a follow-up?
No — you can head straight back to work or the rest of your day. We'll just suggest holding off on strongly pigmented food and drinks (think coffee, red wine, tomato sauce) for the first hours so your fresh results settle in.
I had my whitening done somewhere else — can I still book the follow-up?
Yes. Book the follow-up online and our provider will take a quick look at your smile when you arrive to make sure a maintenance session makes sense for you. If a full session would serve you better, we'll tell you honestly before anything starts.
Do I need a deposit, and how can I pay?
No deposit — you book, you show up. We just ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. At your visit, you can pay with Apple Pay, any major card, or Zelle.
