HIFU in Miami: Non-Surgical Lifting & Tightening

$485

Candidacy and dosing are decided at your evaluation with our provider.

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)

HIFU — high-intensity focused ultrasound — is our most intensive non-surgical lifting and tightening treatment. Focused ultrasound energy reaches deeper into the dermis than a standard radiofrequency facial, where it stimulates your skin's own collagen response over the weeks that follow. Miami clients choose it for the places laxity shows first — the jawline, cheeks, brow, and neck — when they want serious firming without surgery or needles.

At Beauty Zensation, HIFU is $485 — published right here, like every price on our menu, so you never walk in wondering what you'll pay. And because HIFU is a commitment, we never sell it cold: your first visit starts with a free personal evaluation where our provider examines your skin, talks through your goals, and tells you honestly whether HIFU is the right fit — or whether a gentler treatment would serve you better. Results vary from person to person, and we'd rather earn your trust than oversell you.

We're a family-owned med spa on Coral Way, in The AXIS building, minutes from Coral Gables, Brickell, and Little Havana — and we take care of you from hello to aftercare in English or Spanish. Booking is easy: no deposit required, hours Tuesday through Saturday, and a team that treats you like a neighbor, because you are one.

What to expect

    Book your visit

Reserve online or call (305) 746-3039 — no deposit required. We're open Tuesday–Friday 10am–4pm and Saturday 10am–2pm, and we simply ask for 24 hours' notice if your plans change.

  2. 02

    Free personal evaluation

Every HIFU journey starts with a free evaluation with our provider. She examines your skin, listens to what's bothering you, and confirms whether HIFU is the right choice — honestly, even if the answer is a gentler treatment.

  3. 03

    Your HIFU session

You'll settle in while focused ultrasound energy is delivered in careful passes over the treatment area. Expect warmth and tingling as it works — most guests find it very manageable, and we adjust the pace for your comfort throughout.

  4. 04

    Aftercare and the weeks after

Downtime is typically minimal — some temporary redness or tenderness is normal and usually settles quickly. Your skin's collagen response builds gradually over the following weeks, and results vary, so we'll set realistic expectations for your skin.

  5. 05

    Follow-up plan

We check in on how your skin responded and whether a follow-up session makes sense for your goals — always your call, never a pressured upsell.

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) questions, answered

How much does HIFU cost in Miami at Beauty Zensation?

HIFU is $485, published on our site like every price we offer — no surprise quotes. What shapes your total investment is your plan: some guests do a single session, others map out a series at their free evaluation. If a series is recommended, ask about our in-house payment plans on 6-session packages; we accept Apple Pay, cards, and Zelle.

Does HIFU hurt?

Most guests describe warmth and tingling, with brief prickly moments as the energy reaches deeper layers. It's more sensation than a relaxation facial, but very tolerable — and our provider adjusts the settings and pace with you, so speak up at any point during your session.

Is there downtime after HIFU?

Typically very little. Some temporary redness, mild swelling, or tenderness in the treated area is normal and usually calms down quickly — most guests go straight back to their day. We'll send you home with simple aftercare, including being gentle with your skin and consistent with sunscreen.

How many HIFU sessions will I need, and when will I notice a change?

It depends on your skin and your goals. The collagen response develops gradually over the weeks after treatment, and results vary from person to person. Many guests start with a single session; at your free evaluation, our provider maps out whether follow-ups make sense — before you spend a dollar.

Who is a good candidate for HIFU?

Adults noticing skin laxity — along the jawline, cheeks, brow, or neck — who want our most intensive option without surgery. It isn't for everyone, which is exactly why we evaluate first: if your skin would do better with microneedling or a radiofrequency facial, we'll tell you so. HIFU is an adults-only treatment.
