Is $120 the full price of the Signature Facial, or are there add-on fees?
That's the full price. We publish every price on our site and there are no hidden fees — and no deposit to book, either. If your evaluation suggests a more specialized option, like our acne treatment or hyperpigmentation treatment, we'll tell you the published price up front and the decision is always yours.
What does the Signature Facial feel like? Do extractions hurt?
Most of the treatment is genuinely relaxing — warm cleansing, massage-like application, a calm room. Extractions can feel like brief, focused pressure; we work gently and adjust to your comfort, so if your skin is sensitive, tell us and we'll adapt.
Is there any downtime after a facial?
Typically none — most guests go straight back to their day. Skin can look slightly flushed for a short while after extractions or exfoliation, and every skin responds a little differently. We'll send you off with simple aftercare, starting with sunscreen.
How often should I get a facial?
There's no single right answer, and we won't pretend there is. At your evaluation we'll suggest a rhythm based on your skin, your goals, and your budget. Many clients make it a regular ritual — and if you decide on a series, we offer in-house payment plans on 6-session packages.
I've never had a professional facial. Is this a good first one?
It's the one we recommend most for first-timers. Because it's customized on the day, it works across skin types, and your provider explains each step as she goes — in English or Spanish. And don't worry about arriving "ready": the deep cleanse is literally step one.
